Vincents's new chef, Uvis Janičenko, has spent ten years practicing and refining his culinary craft in the most prestigious European and Japanese Michelin-starred restaurants. In April 2022, Uvis joined Vincents‘s team and established his culinary presence after introducing his first signature menu. His cooking philosophy has four principles: modern, urban, seasonal, and organic. Like his legendary predecessor Mārtiņš Rītiņš, Uvis continues refining Vincents’s “slow food” culture and extending cooperation with local farmers and producers to ensure nothing but the best on the table.
Founded in 1994 by Latvian culinary legend Mārtiņš Rītiņš (1949-2022), Vincents has become a trend-setter and quality standard for modern urban organic cuisine. The restaurant’s interior and art gallery embodies a sentiment of artistic experience alongside exquisite food and wines. Vincents new chef Uvis Janičenko has acquired his culinary taste and skills in the most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants and is now keen to offer his signature seasonal style menu for Vincents clients.
